Double Leg Extensions
To do this, lie face up with a foam roller under your lower back. Now placing a towel under your neck for support, pull up your core in tight, hands going on each side of the roller. Further, lift the knees to your chest, keeping up your core tight. Straighten the knees, holding for a second and then return knees to the chest. Do 10 reps.
Stand up straight with feet hip-distance apart in the center of a resistance band, keeping right foot behind the body. Bend both knees a bit. Now put your wrists inside the handles of the band with palms facing down, hands to your sides. Further, lift up your arms to your sides of your shoulder and inhale. Simultaneously bring your arms back down to the starting position while exhaling.
Do this at least 10 times on one side, then after switch to the other side for other reps.
