The 39-year-old singer turned businesswoman has been celebrating her weight loss transformation after welcoming her third child in March.
Jessica Simpson weight loss transformation is the most recent buzz in Hollywood right now. Lately, she awed her fans with her Instagram post showing off her weight loss results.

Her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, shared her photo to congratulate her, saying “Beyond proud of this incredible woman.” Commending her on her results, he wrote: “After being nonstop pregnant for as long as I can remember, she’s down 100 pounds and looks younger today than she was when we met.”
She shared on social media that she had weighed 240 pounds before her weight loss.
Back in July, she revealed that she was working hard and eating healthy. Further, her trainer said that they had been working on making small changes to help her lose weight.
Jessica and her trainer had been working together for 12 years.
She actually started out slow by incorporating activities like walking in her daily routine.
Seeing her weight loss results, it seems like she has finally found something that works for her.
Her trainer, Harley Pasternak, said that they worked out a plan with Simpson’s doctor after she gave birth to her third daughter.
They didn’t resort to any extreme diet plans. Rather, they focused on making sustainable changes. Moreover, the celebrity trainer believes in being active even outside the gym.
Jessica was put on a daily plan where she was supposed to: Hit a daily steps goal, eating healthy, getting quality sleep, and follow her workout schedule.
Initially, she used to walk 6,000 steps a day which they gradually increased to 12,000 steps.
Simpson also made sure that she hit her goal by taking walks around her neighborhood. Reportedly, the star has been going beyond her goals by hitting 14,000 steps per day.
Pasternak also recommended that she takes at least seven hours of uninterrupted sleep each day. To achieve this, he recommends unplugging from technology for at least an hour.
Moreover, in her daily diet plan, Jessica stuck to three meals with two light snacks. Her trainer says, she makes sure to have her healthy food with different flavors.
Her workout plan includes resistance-training sessions that usually starts with a walk on treadmill.

Simpson’s diet plan does not include any extreme dieting. Surprisingly, it is all about finding a healthier version of the foods she loves eating. She is also allowed cheat meals throughout the week.
