The 35-year-old singer Jennifer Hudson revealed in a new interview that she is very careful about sticking to a healthy diet, but no so diligent about working out.

Her fabulous figure has nothing to do with exercise. Simple as that! She doesn’t need the gym to keep her weight-off instead she eats well in order to keep herself healthy.

“I don’t have time to do much [exercise],” Hudson admitted. “I just watch what I eat.”

She lost a staggering 80lbs on her weight loss journey, and as a result she has become a spokesperson for Weight Watchers. She championed exercise for her incredible transformation and revealed that it doesn’t fit in to her busy lifestyle.

The Voice UK star Hudson added that she’s also conscious about what time of day she eats even if she’s out.

Jennifer Hudson managed to shed-off 80-pounds from when she first started out in the business and has now managed to keep it off too! She went from a size 16 to a size 6 and she is determined to stay slim and trim.

While talking to Oprah Winfrey during an interview in 2011 she told that she’s not interested in getting any smaller. “I like meat on my bones,” Hudson shared. “A [size] 2 and a 0, that’s not for me.”


‘Instead of saying I lost this or that, I [say I] feel like I gained 10 years of my youth back,’ she said to USA Today at the time.

However, she did add that: ‘Being skinny, it’s a job. It’s not easy.’

‘I feel this responsibility to the world now – people are watching, so I have to keep going in the right direction in terms of my weight loss.’

Jennifer’s result are really amazing and noticeable. The voice coach has maintained her trim figure ever since.
